🚫 Custom Orders – All custom press-on nail sets are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Each set is made-to-order based on your specifications, so please confirm all details before purchasing.

🚫 Incorrectly Sized Orders – We do not accept returns or refunds for incorrect sizes. Please carefully measure your nail sizes before ordering to ensure the perfect fit.

🚫 Used or Opened Items – For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or refunds on any used, worn, or opened press-on nail sets.

🚫 Minor Color & Design Variations – Due to lighting and screen differences, colors may appear slightly different from the photos. These variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for refunds.
